Meet Dalina

18+ years behind the chair. One philosophy: healthy hair first.

I’m Dalina Rebollo Rivas, a Los Angeles hairstylist, salon owner and educator with more than 18 years behind the chair. My career has taken me from working in salons to celebrity hairstyling, including several years as Ariana Grande’s personal hairstylist, to educating other professionals and ultimately creating a space of my own.

The Dalina Way was built around the way I believe hair should be done: healthy hair first, beautiful hair always. I specialize in dimensional color, blonding and extensions, with an approach that is customized, honest and never one size fits all. My salon is intentionally intimate and welcoming, a place where you can relax, feel taken care of and leave with hair that still feels like you, only better.

Education has always been a huge part of my career. I’ve spent years teaching professional hairstylists, particularly in hair extensions, and I continue to educate both behind the chair and in the classroom. I believe great hair comes from never being done learning, and I bring that same curiosity, technique and attention to detail to every client who sits in my chair.
